FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

From the receipt of your order, it normally takes us 7-10 business days to complete and make ready to ship. Custom orders run longer so contact us for an estimate. We use either UPS or FedEx ground for all shipping to the lower 48. So, once we ship UPS can take another 2-7 days depending on where you are located from Gray, GA. When we ship your order, you will automatically receive an email with shipping and tracking information.

If for some reason you feel it has been longer than expected please send us an email with your order # so we can investigate further.

Each order placed has a link at the bottom of the email receipt. But if the receipt vanished, rest-assured here is the install instructions page. 

We do offer pieces to fit other year, make and model vehicles not listed. For instance our hood, door and trunk props can be made custom. We might just ask for some pictures of your striker and some basic measurements. This is to ensure we create the right lengths and they are compatible with your vehicle. 

If you are looking for engine bay dress up for a make and model we do not have listed. We usually require interest from 10+ customers to produce the part. We also require that make and model vehicle to schedule an appointment in Gray Georgia for fitment and R&D. 

We create the custom style podium stands for your artwork to be placed, however we do not specialize in graphic design. If needed, we can send you a few referrals Graphic Designers for the actual board but its not something we offer in-house. 

All of our products ship in raw aluminum or metal finishes. Because of the variance in paint colors and the overall risk of shipping large painted or powder coated pieces we do not offer painting and powder coating service.
