How to measure & order

Measure the flat, cleanable area of your door sill (length x width). Avoid curved or heavily textured zones.
Confirm clearance: allow for ~1/8″ plate thickness plus tape; ensure the door/weatherstrip won’t contact the plate.
Select front, rear, or both. Enter your custom text for each. If you’re only ordering fronts or rears, type “none” in the unused field labeled “Type Your Front/Rear Door Sill Plate Cut-Out Here.”
Choose your preferred font and size option.
Select your finish plan (factory brushed with clear-coat, or custom paint/wrap/dip/powder).

Finishing options

Single-tone (fastest): Use the brushed aluminum face as-is or paint/wrap it. We recommend a light clear-coat to protect against fingerprints and oils. Mount with the supplied 3M tape.
Two-tone accent: Finish the backer plate in your accent color (paint, polish, clear, dip, or wrap). Bond the face and backer plates with the supplied two-part epoxy, align carefully, then mount the assembly with the included 3M tape.

Installation overview

Surface prep is key: clean with isopropyl alcohol (no wax/oil). Dry fully.
Test fit and mark alignment with painter’s tape.
Apply 3M tape to the backer; warm tape and surface if needed (ideal 70–100°F).
Peel liners, align, and press firmly from center outward for even pressure.
For two-piece builds, bond plates with epoxy first and allow proper cure per instructions.
Avoid washing for 24–48 hours while adhesive cures.
