Fitment & requirements

• Vehicles: 2011+ Dodge Charger, 2011+ Dodge Challenger, 2011+ Chrysler 300 (V8 HEMI)
• Engine: HEMI V8 (e.g., 5.7L, 6.4L); not designed for V6 applications
• Intake: Aftermarket intake required; optimized for LegMaker (LMI). May fit other brands; verify clearance before ordering.
• Required: 3gCustomz Coolant Tank Cover is necessary for proper fitment.

Optional cut-outs (logos & custom designs)

• Choose standard cut-outs shown in the product images (see the chart in photo 2), or request a custom design.
• When you select a cut-out, we include a backer plate and high-heat epoxy to mount it behind the opening.
• For custom cut-outs, we’ll contact you after checkout. Please have a sketch or image and a brief description ready so we can confirm feasibility and provide a quote.
• All covers include necessary access cut-outs for maintenance and fitment.

Material & finish

• Material: Aluminum for optimal heat dissipation, low weight, and corrosion resistance.
• Factory finish: Brushed aluminum. Minor mill marks may be visible, especially on bent or welded areas.
• Finishing options: Leave raw, or paint, wrap, dip, or powder-coat. If leaving raw, a light clear-coat is recommended to prevent discoloration from oils/handling.

Installation

• Downloadable PDF installation instructions are provided after purchase.
• Standard hand tools recommended. Mounting approach may vary by intake setup—refer to the instructions.
• If you choose a cut-out, install the included backer plate with the supplied high-heat epoxy as directed.
