No. It installs over the existing reservoir as a dress?up piece and does not alter the cooling system’s function.

Can I open the coolant cap with the cover installed?
Yes. The design maintains access for normal service. Only open the cap when the engine is cool.

What finishes are available?
Ships brushed aluminum and is ready for paint, wrap, dip, or powder?coat. For a raw look, apply a light clear coat to prevent fingerprints and discoloration.

Does it fit supercharged or aftermarket setups?
