Designed for vehicles that retain factory firewall geometry across most trims and engines. If you run a supercharger, catch can, brake booster relocation, or custom plumbing, select appropriate cut-outs or contact us for a custom option.

Firewall Cover Optional Cut-Outs

We craft optional logo or custom cut-outs for access, clearance, or personalization. All covers include any required functional cut-outs for fitment.

  • Choose from the chart in the second product image.
  • Custom cut-outs available — after purchase we’ll review your sketch/photo and provide a quote.
  • Each chosen cut-out includes a backer plate and high-heat epoxy to secure it to your Firewall Cover.

Firewall Cover Material & Finish

  • Material: aluminum for rapid heat dissipation, low weight, and long-term corrosion resistance.
  • Finish options: use as-is, or paint, powder coat, wrap, or dip.
  • Recommendation: if you keep the factory brushed finish, apply a light clear coat to protect from oils and handling.
  • Note: brushed aluminum parts may show light mill marks, especially on bent or welded areas — normal for hand-fabricated covers.
