Optional cut-outs are available for 2005–2009 model years. We precisely craft cut-outs for logos, custom artwork, or other designs. Every cover also includes any necessary access or fitment openings.

• If you choose a cover with a cut-out, a backer plate is included, along with high-heat epoxy to secure the backer plate behind the opening.

Material & finish details

• Material: Aluminum (excellent heat dissipation, won’t rust, long-lasting in engine bay environments).
• Finish: Most pieces ship brushed aluminum. Some parts may show minor mill marks, especially on bent or welded areas—normal for fabricated aluminum and easily finished if painting or powder-coating.
• Factory-look tip: If leaving it bare, apply a light clear coat to help prevent discoloration from oils and handling.
